Each SFLS corporate language program is customized to help you attain your professional language goals. Our team of highly-qualified instructors offers flexible scheduling and an individualized curriculum. Courses are designed to engage you in the learning process and develop your language skills and cultural awareness. We offer an innovative learning environment where you can build professional, cultural and linguistic skills in any foreign language.

CORPORATE ENGLISH PROGRAM

The Individualized Corporate English Program is customized one-on-one English language instruction focused on developing verbal and written skills required for effective communication in the workplace. In addition, our instructors incorporate cross-cultural awareness and support to help engage employees more fully in their new business environment. The Private Business English lessons take place on-site at the employee’s office or at any preferred location.

Our professional communications courses focus on:

  • Effective presentations

  • Effective business writing – emails, reports, letters
  • Intercultural communication
  • Business terminology and idioms

SMALL GROUP BUSINESS LANGUAGE TRAINING

Small group courses are designed to develop skills for business communication, daily interactions, travel and cultural awareness. Clients participate in interactive activities such as dialogues, role plays, and presentations to practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Courses are held on-site at the employee’s office.

BUSINESS ENGLISH IMMERSION PROGRAM

The Business English Immersion Program is designed for expatriates and emphasizes language acquisition in a cultural context with a strong focus on communication. The goal of the program is to improve the overall ability to understand and use the language in a business environment. Courses are usually 4-8 hours per day in an individual or group setting and span over a 2-3 month period.

PRIVATE LANGUAGE TRAINING IN OTHER LANGUAGES

Private language courses are customized to meet your business communication goals. Potential focus areas include reading, business-related writing, speaking and presentation skills, developing cultural knowledge of the target language, and achieving fluency. Instructors develop interactive courses for you with various types of media and learning materials.

PRIVATE FAMILY ENGLISH PROGRAM

The Family ESL Program provides individualized instruction for spouses and children to develop their English language skills. The goal of this program is to provide family members with the communication skills necessary to successfully integrate into their new community and/or school. As with our Corporate English Program, instructors incorporate cross-cultural support to help ease the transition for families. The Private Family English lessons typically take place at the students’ home.
