Greet transferees at the airport and ensure safe transport to their accommodations, then provide an orientation of the local area.

Cultural Orientation:

Provide comprehensive information on daily life practices & recreational activities.

Professional Orientation:

Introduce transferees to their new place of work.

Housing:

Coordinate with local real estate agents to assist in locating temporary or permanent housing. Accompany transferees on property visits. Provide support through the contracting phase, explain the contracting process. Assist with utility connections for housing

General Services in the Local Community:

Introduce transferees to their new community by showing them local places of interest and providing a safety overview.

Health Care:

Ensure that transferees receive proper medical care and are aware of processes and directions for medical assistance.

Social Security:

Accompany transferees to government offices to obtain a Social Security Card.

Banking:

Assist in establishing a bank account.

Safe Driving, Drivers’ Licenses and ID Acquisition:

Provide interpretation during driving tests, accompany transferee to procure a driver's license and car registration.

School Enrollment and Education:

Schedule school or day-care appointments and help with enrollment.

Shopping:

Locate shopping venues in the local area for food, household goods, clothing and pharmaceuticals.

Local Customs, Traditions and Holidays:

Provide ongoing cultural education in local customs and cultural traditions including male-female interactions, religion, societal norms, and holidays.

Transportation Systems:

Review local transportation systems.

Local Entertainment:

Recommend local entertainment venues and events.

Repatriation Assistance:

Assist with all aspects of repatriation: final bill resolution, deposit recovery, utility cancellation, notification of forwarding address, income tax obligations, and more.
